Processing & Production Time

All MUSESSENCE nail sets are handcrafted and made to order.

• Pre-designed nail sets: typically begin production within 24 hours of order placement and require on average 5-7 business days to complete, depending on design complexity.
• Custom design nail sets: timelines vary based on consultation, revisions, and final approval. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the design process. 

Production timelines begin once all required information has been received and confirmed, including nail sizes and, for custom work, final design approval.

Shipping Method

All U.S. orders ship complimentary via USPS shipping and include tracking.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, MUSESSENCE is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or service interruptions caused by the shipping provider. For assistance to file claims, please email contact@musessence.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

MUSESSENCE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. MUSESSENCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

If this occurs, contact your local postal service directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@musessence.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The shipping box
• Internal packaging
• The damaged item(s)

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
