Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Pre-designed nail set orders are refundable for the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

Custom design nail set orders become non-refundable once MUSESSENCE receives your emailed confirmation of the final design. At that point, materials are sourced and production begins based on your approved details. 

Because MUSESSENCE strives to begin fulfilling orders as promptly as possible—often within 12 hours of receiving your order—your nail set may enter preparation or production very quickly. Each set is also individually tailored to your personal nail sizes, making it a bespoke item created uniquely for you. For these reasons, we do not accept refunds once the allowable window has passed. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email contact@musessence.com within 24 hours of your purchase. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted.

For custom canvas paintings, please refer to your agreement document for terms and conditions. 

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact contact@musessence.com within 48 hours if any item is defective or damaged.

To help us assist you, include clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping box
  • Interior packaging
  • The affected item(s)

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sizing Issue

Because every hand is unique, MUSESSENCE strongly recommends ordering a Perfect Fit Sizing Kit with your purchase. 

Incorrect sizing by the client is not eligible for a refund; however, replacement nails can be remade for a small fee. Please email contact@musessence.com to request replacements. 

All sales are final

Due to hygiene regulations and the personalized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Press-on nail sets (custom or pre-designed)
  • Sizing kits
  • Musessentials oils and balms
  • Application tools

Each Musessence nail set is meticulously handcrafted, and slight variations in color, placement, pattern, or embellishment may occur. These subtle discrepancies are a natural part of artisan-made work and are considered a hallmark of its uniqueness—not defects.

Because every set is created by hand and tailored to the client's nail sizes, these variations are expected and do not qualify as grounds for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
