Custom Design Inquiry

Whether you are celebrating a wedding, engagement, milestone event, themed occasion, or simply envision a design that is deeply personal, MUSESSENCE offers a bespoke nail design experience to bring your vision to life.

Custom orders are best placed 4–6 weeks prior to an event to ensure availability. Delays in client's response to emails may extend the timeline.

The Process

1. Submit Your Inquiry Form Below
Share your design ideas, event date, nail shape and length preferences, desired color palette, and any reference images. If you have ordered with us before, please share your customer ID so we can track your registered sizes. If this is your first time ordering with us, you will be sent a complimentary sizing kit to register your sizes with a customer ID.

2. Design Consultation
You will receive a follow-up email to refine your concept, discuss feasibility, review pricing and estimated lead time based on complexity. You will be asked to sign a Custom Work Agreement with terms and conditions. 

3. Approval & Creation
Once the basic design mock-up or direction is approved and the Custom Work Agreement has been signed, we will begin creating your set. You will not be charged any fees until approval of the design. Please allow 15 business days for the creation of your custom set from the time of approval. Once we have your approval, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, as work on your design may begin right away to reduce lead time. If you wish to cancel your order, please email contact@musessence.com within 24 hours of your purchase, however refund is not guaranteed.

4. Fulfilment & Shipping
A notification email will be sent when the order is ready to be shipped. Custom orders include complimentary U.S. standard shipping, which typically arrives within 3-5 business days. You may request 2-day or overnight shipment for additional fee. Custom orders will include the same experience as our curated collections: full application kit, 10 cohesive replacement tips, the MUSESSENTIALS nail care duo, and signature packaging.
